These technologies prevent the unwanted migration of well fluids through microannulus leak paths between the casing and cement sheath. These unique designs offer a low-risk, cost-effective alternative.
The Microannulus Swellables™ family includes:
• Micro-Seal™ bow-spring centralizer - a slip-on device designed for optimal casing standoff in both cased-hole and openhole wellbore sections.
• Micro-Seal bow-spring centralizer sub - designed for optimal casing standoff in wells with ultratight clearances and/or underreamed openhole sections.
• Micro-Seal Spiraglider centralizer - a rigid centralizer designed for optimal mud displacement for vertical, inclined, and horizontal wells.
• Micro-Seal unit - a slip-on device that can be deployed as a stand alone seal unit without bow-spring or rigid centralizers.
