Weatherford’s breadth of logging-while drilling (LWD) systems and services provide a range of formation evaluation and drilling data that inform critical operational decisions. Our systems are engineered to deliver reliable measurements in a full spectrum of conditions, including high-pressure/high-temperature (HP/HT), underbalanced and short-radius.  

Our robust portfolio includes the Weatherford^® LWD system, capable of transmitting data at speeds of up to 400 ft/hr (122 m/hr) in wellbore diameters ranging from 5-¾ to 26 in. Many of its associated sensors have the same high-pressure, –temperature and –flow rate specifications as our Hostile Environment Logging (HEL™) MWD platform.
