Queen's Award

In 2010 Weatherford’s East Leake, UK Wireline Manufacturing and R&D Facility received the Queen’s Award for Continuous Innovation, an accolade earned through significant contribution to the British economy over a sustained period of time. The facility is the birthplace of Weatherford’s innovative Compact logging tools and remains a dedicated Compact facility. For more information, see commemorative video and W Magazine article.
