All members of any Weatherford project team have direct experience in the provision of production facilities and have incentives and penalties to manage the project to meet the cost and schedule requirements. We provide the entire project management and engineering team for any type of project, including the total project management required for the detailed engineering design, specification, and construction and commissioning phases. This also includes project, process, instrumentation and electrical engineers and any support services required, including the requisite specifications and procedures.
