Weatherford’s new Intrepid™ coiled tubing unit has arrived in South Texas and is staged at our new San Antonio facility on Hwy 37 South of San Antonio. Crews have been trained in the driving techniques required for this size vehicle as well as in the technologically advanced equipment incorporated within the Intrepid.
Again, the impressive operation depths of the
Intrepid unit are:
25,000 ft (7,620 m) with 2 3/8-in coil or 30,000 ft (9,144 m) with 2-in. coil
