Environmental Safety Seal Liner

Environmental Safety Seal Liner

Purpose
  1. To help prevent excessive damage to the well string and environment if a polished rod breaks or slips out of the polished rod clamp.
  2. To help prevent an open hole in the event the rod falls through the stuffing box.
  3. To accomplish both of the above by using an automatic check valve to seal the oil well, and heat-treated slips to wedge the rod and keep it above ground.
Safety Environmental Affordable Liner

Safety - This new safety seal liner incorporates a safety clamp with more holding power than most polished rod clamps. Safety areas are identified on the liner to improve installation and protect maintenance personnel and equipment. Safety slips have been incorporated to secure the polished rod at the stuffing box, reducing the risk of an open hole.

Environment - This safety seal liner includes an automatic check valve which is designed to reduce the risk of oil spills due to an open hole, which occurs when a polished rod vacates through the stuffing box.

Affordable
- The safety seal liner has added value at minimal cost. This liner was designed to prevent clean-up cost and save damage to sucker rods and pumps. Heat-treated Slips have been incorporated in the liner head to secure the polished rod and keep it from going through the stuffing box. This eliminates costly downhole damage and fishing expense. The safety seal liner is economical to use on any oil well.

Liner
- The use of a safety seal liner separates the stress from the wear surface. The polished rod holds the weight of the rod string while the safety seal liner takes the wear.
