Our approach to production revitalization workflows is customizable consistency: We let well economics define the scope and intensity of work. We begin with production optimization using our comprehensive surveillance and analysis systems that help you refine and optimize your artificial-lift infrastructure, including the Field Office® software suite and OmniWell® downhole-sensing tools.

We then progress to wellbore optimization using geomechanical and seismic data from technologies such as our Compact™ cross-dipole (CXD) sonic tool. These technologies provide data that updates the reservoir model and characterizes the well for re-entry. Finally, we use the same principles from the well level and apply them reservoir-wide. We use behind-casing analysis and geological and petrophysical data to discover bypassed oil and new opportunities for production.

Our enterprise-wide well-monitoring and production optimization software systems remove the guesswork from artificial lift and reduce downtime. The FieldOffice® Suite―installed on over 480,000 wells around the world―provides accurate diagnostics, predicts failure, reduces power costs, and identifies optimization opportunities on a daily basis.

We also provide actionable data with well-level technologies. Our OmniWell® production-monitoring systems detect changes in pressure, flow, temperature, acoustics, and seismicity. Monitoring these changes can help accurately predict and diagnose production issues for the life of the well.

We can help transform your aging wells into rejuvenated production highways. Once we’ve identified economic reserves of hydrocarbons, we can drill precise sidetracks from your aging wellbore, create an in-fill drilling program, and deliver onsite cuttings analysis calibrated by full-core laboratory studies.

Our QuickCut™ casing-exit system delivers single-trip efficiency in milling an exit window while leaving a rathole as small as 3 feet. We then drill an exacting sidetrack wellbore path using our Revolution® series of rotary-steerable tools. Our managed pressure drilling systems include underbalanced drilling and pressurized mud-cap drilling. They help you mitigate drilling hazards―including kicks and under- and over-pressured zones―when re-entering challenging or fragile formations.

We also help manage unstable formations with our drilling-with-casing (DwC™) and drilling-with-liner (DwL™) systems. These systems eliminate the need to trip pipe and bottomhole assemblies (BHAs), which increases drilling speed and reduces risk exposure by ensuring formation isolation on or near the bottom.
