Compliance and Ethics Concerns

Reported compliance and ethics concerns regarding accounting controls, auditing matters, the Weatherford Code of Conduct, or other matters are received by the Internal Audit Department and the Ethics and Compliance Group. All concerns and complaints will be reported to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

While you can report your compliance and ethics concerns anonymously or confidentially, a contact name and number is appreciated. If you have provided contact information, you will receive an acknowledgement upon receipt of your complaint or concern. Your contact information shall remain confidential and will only be used if additional questions are required to complete an internal investigation.

Listen Up

Weatherford is implementing a new way for employees to report compliance and ethics concerns, called Listen Up. Listen Up is an external and completely independent service.
