Duplex Side Pocket Mandrels for Waterflood Applications

This specifically designed Weatherford McMurry-Macco™ Mandrel accommodates the high-rate RWF-2D duplex Regulator available from Weatherford.

The DWF Duplex Side Pocket Mandrels allows injection flow to exit straight down, thus preventing damage to the casing wall due to the high-flow rates this system is capable of. After passing through the regulator, water flows through the center of the pocket into two exhaust ports that exit into a single tube at the bottom of the mandrel. To prevent back flow into the tubing, this mandrel is available with an integral reverse flow check.

Standard running and pulling wireline tools are used to set and retrieve the RWF-2D Regulator in the DWF Mandrel. Special kickover tools are required.
