Water Injection Regulators

Weatherford provides 1-in. and 1.5-in. OD McMurry-Macco™ Water Injection Regulators designed to complement and enhance waterflood applications.

RWF-1 Series Regulators

These 1-in. OD Regulators are wireline-retrievable with a flow range of 200 to 900 BBL/D.

The RWF-1 Regulator is designed to be installed in a McMurry-Macco WF Series Mandrel. Flow enters the top of the RWF-1 Regulator through the ported integral latch, proceeds down through the regulator and out through the mandrels exhaust tube.

The RWF-1R Regulator is designed to be installed in our standard pocket profile such as the SM-1 or SFO-1 Series McMurry-Macco Mandrel. Flow enters through the nose of the valve, is routed up the center of the valve and exits the side through the mandrel ports. To prevent back flow into the tubing, this valve is available with an integral reverse flow check.

RWF-2 Series Regulators

The RWF-2 Series are 1.5-in.OD Regulators that are wireline-retrievable with a flow range of 300 to 2700 BBL/D.

The standard RWF-2 Regulator is designed to be installed in a McMurry-Macco WF series mandrel. Flow enters the top of this regulator through the ported RKP latch; proceeds down through the regulator and out through the mandrel’s exhaust tube.

The RWF-2R Regulator is designed to be installed in our standard pocket profile such as the McMurry-Macco SM-2 or SFO-2 Mandrel. Flow enters through the nose of the valve, is routed up the center of the valve and exits the side through the mandrel ports. To prevent back flow into the tubing, this valve is available with an integral reverse flow check.
