EVI Weatherford (NYSE:EVI) today advised the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. with respect to a request for information regarding today's market activity in the EVI Common Stock that Hydril Company was in the process of selling approximately 410,000 shares of EVI Common Stock held by it pursuant to a shelf registration statement previously filed by EVI on behalf of Hydril.
