Mr. Martin joined Weatherford as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in June 1998. Prior to joining Weatherford, he was an Associate Attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, Houston, from 1993 until June 1998, and a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting, Chicago, from 1988 until 1990. Mr. Martin has a BBA (1986) and MBA (1988) from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law (1993).
