Ms. Rodriguez joined the Company in 1996 and has served in several positions, including Vice President Accounting from June 2000 to February 2001 and Controller from 1999 to February 2001. Most recently she was Vice President Accounting and Finance, a position she was elected to in February 2001. Prior to joining Weatherford, Ms. Rodriguez worked for Landmark Graphics from 1993 to 1996. Prior to Landmark she worked for Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Illinois. She also has a M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Houston. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Universal Compression Holdings, Inc.
