EVI Weatherford (NYSE: EVI) today announced that it has appointed James N. Parmigiano as Vice President, Finance of the company's Completion and Oilfield Services Group and Senior Vice President of EVI Weatherford.
Parmigiano most recently was financial controller of Sperry-Sun Drilling Services, a major global provider of directional and MWD services. From 1993-1997, he was Managing Director of CEBO International, an oil service supply joint venture servicing the North Sea. Prior to that, Parmigiano held several key U.S. and international-based financial positions with NL Industries and The Baroid Corporation. He is a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University with a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
