MultiView™ Multibarrier Corrosion Logging Tool
Measures average metal thickness and identifies defects for inner tubing and casing
Applications
- Individual thickness measurement for multibarrier without pulling tubing out
- Identification of casing collars, casing shoes, and completion items
- Corrosion monitoring for wells with areas of high risks of corrosion
Features and Benefits
- Quantitative evaluation of corrosion and damage of primary and secondary tubular
- Provides a comprehensive evaluation of inner and outer tubular conditions
Tool Description
The Weatherford MultiView multibarrier corrosion logging tool is a run-through tubing tool with the ability to simultaneously inspect tubing and the casing behind it.
The MultiView tool provides an average metal thickness measurement for the inner tubing (or casing), the second casing and the third casing, as well as identifies individual defects in either. The integrity of the casing string can be evaluated without the requirement for a workover rig or the removal of the tubing string.
