Weatherford reviewed well data and customer objectives and designed and engineered an integrated single-run solution that combined the lower completion system (ICD screens and mechanical packers) with the off-bottom cementing kit (liner hanger, stage tool, hydraulic packers, landing collar) for safe deployment through 7,080 ft (2,157 m) of openhole while maintaining integrity and efficiency.
Conducted extensive planning and surface integration checks to validate tool compatibility across the long openhole section, minimized operational risks, and confirmed readiness for multi-stage tasks, including hanger and packer setting, cement placement, and drift confirmation.
Verified each tool’s integrity and functionality on location prior to deployment, ensuring full readiness for downhole operations.
Collaborated closely with third-party providers to integrate cementing, milling, and shifting activities, enabling reliable system installation and positioning the well for long-term production success.

Optimized efficiency: Combined the lower completion and off-bottom cementing systems into a single bottomhole assembly (BHA), eliminating the need for two separate runs. This integration saved approximately one full day of rig time and streamlined operations to total depth (TD).
