Junior Henry
Junior is the WASP Product Manager at Weatherford, where he leads the development and strategy for AI-powered IoT and vision-based surveillance and diagnostics within the Digital Solutions group. Since rejoining Weatherford in 2023, Junior has leveraged over 13 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, spanning global engineering consulting and training, field deployment of IoT EDGE devices, SCADA implementations, and optimization of gas and plunger lift wells.
His diverse background includes roles in product management, automation field supervision, and most recently, serving as the Product Owner for CygNet EIE and Weatherford Link. Junior holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation Engineering with a minor in Nanoscientific Instrumentation and Electrical/Electronic Engineering, bringing a strong technical foundation to his leadership in digital oilfield innovation.
