CygNet Online Courses

October 25, 2016 / 0 comments / in General  / by Luke Williams

I am pleased to announce that we will begin offering a selection of online courses for free, each quarter, beginning January 2017.

These courses will cover topics both wide and small, and last between one and three hours.

Each course will be designed to help familiarize you with a particular topic, service, application, or tool in CygNet.

Available now for registration in January…

CygNet Designer

CygNet Service Monitoring Service

CygNet Redundancy

Online courses will be open to all CygNet customers on a current M&S (Maintenance and Support) plan.

A reserved number of seats will be available  for integrators/contractors.

All courses will be presented in a lecture format where the concepts, functions, features, and usage will be demonstrated, through a WebEx session.

Some online courses will be offered with a hands-on portion.  Those will be presented first in the traditional lecture format.  Followed by a hands-on activity led with hosted virtual machines.

If you are unable to attend the course during the live session, the sessions will be recorded and made available.

Please feel free to reach out with ideas of courses and topics you’d like to see covered in the future.
